Client, disclose, sell, rent or share any information provided by Client. Blue
Rock Flood Services, Inc. shall undertake reasonable precautions to preserve the
confidentiality of such information. Blue Rock Flood Services, Inc. will not
release any Client data unless (i) Client has requested in writing that this
information be provided, or (ii) authorized personnel of Client requests the
release of said data to a third party.
Security
We employ reasonable and current security methods to prevent unauthorized
access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure correct use of information. Your
account information and profile are password-protected. We recommend that you do
not divulge your password to anyone. Our personnel will never ask you for your
password in an unsolicited phone call or in an unsolicited e-mail. Remember to
sign out of your account and close your browser window when you have finished

you agree and understand that any service requested by you via the Blue Rock
Flood Services, Inc. Web Services will be invoiced to the client account under
which you have registered.
Changes to the Agreement
Changes to our Terms of Use Agreement may occur without further notice to you.
Any changes to our Agreement will be communicated through our Website as soon as
reasonably possible.
Governing Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the
laws of the State of Pennsylvania. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of
the federal, state and local courts located in the State of Pennsylvania. If any
provision of the Terms of Use is unlawful, void or unenforceable, it will not
affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision.
Your Consent
By using our Website, you consent to the terms of this Agreement and the
collection and use of this information in the manner we describe.
